Refund and Return Policy

If you have questions or problems with your order, please call us at 865-995-9505, or send an email to sales@dualsporttouring.com . If you must return an item or items, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA). RMAs must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Any item returned to us must be accompanied by its packaging, accessories, manuals, documentation, registration, etc.

For exchange or full refund, the item must be received within 14 days of issuing the RMA. The item must be unopened and undamaged in the original packaging. If the package has been opened, Dual Sport Touring will charge a 20% open-box restocking fee.


Note: We recommend that you use a shipping method for returns that offers shipment tracking and that you fully insure the item(s) to be returned. If you choose not to track and insure the item(s), you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item.

Proof of Purchase: Dual Sport Touring will send you a confirmation of your order and tracking number, if applicable, via email when your order is shipped.

Payment Methods: Credit Card: When you place your order, we will obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the full amount of the order. Your card will be billed when your order ships. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Please note that debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may delay your order.

Tax-Exempt Orders:
If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call 865-995-9505. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exemption.

Order Processing:The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. It does not include transit time. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be processed on Tuesday; orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

If we receive your order and payment before 2:00pm and we have your item(s) in stock, we will ship the order that same day.

Prices: We try to offer competitive prices. Your total order price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. We reserve the right to change prices for the items on our web site at any time.

Our prices are guaranteed for ten calendar days. If we reduce the price on any product within ten days of when we shipped you the same product, contact us at 865-995-9505 to request a refund of the price difference. You must request the refund within 14 days of shipment. We do not price match.

Product Availability: Order lead time is the length of time it takes us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

Dual Sport Touring makes every effort to ship your order according to the estimated lead times on our web site, but lead times can be affected by changes in supply. We will contact you via email if a lead time will be different from what you saw on our web site.

We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.

Shipping & Delivery Info: We ship via United States Postal Service and UPS. UPS shipments are sent “signature required”. All shipments are insured for their full value.

Other Terms and Conditions: We are not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time, but we will post any such changes to our Policies page. Tennessee law governs all sales at dualsporttouring.com.
